One of the Microinverters failed within 2 months of installation. Ap systems sent replacement microinverter to the wrong solar installer. It's been more than 6 months and they are giving me the "run-around" saying that until they have exhausted their efforts to locate the microinverter that was sent out they will not look into sending me the replacement microinverter. We have a solar panel system with AP Systems inverters and Management which was installed in 2019. We have had a couple of glitches along the way, but each time, the support and warranty service has been very good. I especially wanted to recognize Sheng Chen from AP Systems Technical Support in Jiaxing, China who has always been responsive and very helpful in diagnosing what the issue is and assisting me to understand how to troubleshoot and resolve the problems. Oh man!! This was a big mistake. Over 1 month since I raised several sport tickets to get help with fixing two panels that aren’t functioning and it’s less than 6 months into this thing. Expensive mistake. I am going to serve them a legal notice and Infinity Solar Systems. Bad!! Sometimes when you made these decisions and then you feel cheated. Terrible feeling!
