Be careful when using this company. We described the issue we were having with our washing machine and they came out to fix it. When the repair man came to the house I described the issue once again and he told me that it couldn’t be fixed. HE DIDN’T EVEN TAKE IT APART TO LOOK!!!!!!! He was here for a total of 2 minutes and only opened the washer lid. I told him we described the issue and we should have been told that over the phone and his response was “ you didn’t describe it to me you describe it to our receptionist” we h... read more
I had apso out to the house twise for the sam thing on our ice maker in the freezer said it was the water valve still doing what it was befor they started when i called them the lady acted like it was my fault its not working spent over 400 dollars and still nothing from them
