Friendly and efficient
It’s been a great stay but it’s been a pain to move out. There is no where to park to pack your things and have no choice but to park outside the building. They fine you £100 if you park outside the building so you have to quickly run in and out to avoid getting one. They’ve also sent a threatening email saying how they will fine you £30 if you leave anything behind in your flat when you move out which is a joke. I've had a wonderful time staying at our student house the last two years and couldn't have asked for better service from the landlords or the property. I'd definitely recommend this company - very friendly family business.
Amazing accommodation, upon arrival we received a clean apartment and was greeted with friendly staff that had amazing communication with us throughout our whole time living here as well as prior to even receiving the keys. Will miss our apartment but we loved it so much and the company that we decided to use this company again for second year and will more than likely stay throughout my entire university stay. Such a lovely family business! Whenever I had an issue they responded quickly and have been amazing. I recommend to any students looking for nice and affordable accommodation!
