Very disappointing. The lady seemed untrained, she forced her elbow into my kidney area and just stayed in the same spot over a long period of time. I thought 'what's she doing?' I asked her to stop and use her hands not elbow. She spent about 35 minutes on my back and about 15 minutes on my legs. I paid for a full body 1 hour massage. I didn't get what I paid for. I suggest the staff here should go and get a massage from a shop that has 5 star reviews to see what a good massage is like.
Very bad experienced. Won’t come back again
I had a very disappointing massage experience. The service was unprofessional, the pressure was not appropriate, and my requests were not taken seriously. I did not feel relaxed at all and left feeling uncomfortable. For the price paid, the quality of service was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place.
I had an absolutely terrible and unprofessional massage experience. The masseur could not understand any English, was completely unable to communicate, and ignored all my requests. The technique was extremely poor, rough, and unskilled. It is clear that the masseur has no proper qualifications or professional training at all. The service was unsafe and unacceptable. This was a total waste of time and money, and I strongly warn others not to come here.
