Nothing but a scam. Owners don't care about any of the Residents. They threaten residents and do nothing further. Hardly ever there. Staff hardly clean. Doors are hardly ever locked. Fire drills basically don't exist. All they care about is their money, nothing else. I'd give 0 stars if it was possible.
