April and June are exceptional. Clear and timely communication with plenty of notice about what documents are needed. They really went above and beyond to get me the best rate possible and they did it so quickly. As a first time home buyer it made a stressful process very easy
Did extensive mortgage rate hunting and banks typically tried their best to give me the worst rate possible until they started to compete with eachother. I got tired of that and contacted June who went straight for the best possible rate and in fact she beat all the banks by a landslide. She's also great with communication. Better believe I'll be going back to her when I'm up for renewal
June was absolutely amazing to work with from the beginning stages to the very end! From answering all questions we had to getting our financing done quickly I couldn’t imagine working with a better team as first time homebuyers. June was quick to respond and was extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend April and June to anyone looking for a mortgage broker, especially first time homebuyers! April and June truly care about those they are working with.
