The breakfast cloth has fringe on 4 corners. I have a table sitting next to a little comfy French chair in my bed room. It woos me every time I walk in the room. Still! Aprils jacquard table cloths are the finest. I have some I bought 14 years ago. They never look tired when I use them. I have 60 x 90 that I use on my dinning room table. The fringe is on each end. LOVE, LOVE everything about April Cornell. I have 6 dresses that are fantastic and at least a dozen different pieces of linen (pillowcases and tablecloths). Everything is well made. The dresses make me feel pretty. I also love the fact that she supports women in India.
I ordered 4 placemats on June 3rd and still haven’t received them. I’ve contacted April Cornell 3 times asking for an update and was assured they would be shipping soon. Well, that’s was about 8 weeks ago. They’ve never contacted me about any delays, I’ve always had to contact them so customer service is lacking. My mother is still waiting on her birthday gift after 8 weeks.
I recently received my Sadie dress and one of the lovely oilcloth tablecloths - I love them! I wore the dress during a heat wave and appreciated the coolness of the cotton. The tablecloth is both practical and beautiful. :)🥰

I ordered a pair of pajamas for my mom’s birthday next month. I received an email that UPS reported the package was delivered, but I did not receive it. I was home all day and UPS did not come to my address. Perhaps it was delivered to the wrong address? I sent an email to Customer Service explaining the situation and asking what could be done. They still haven’t responded. I would not recommend April Cornell because of the lack of responsiveness of its Customer Service.

Terribly disappointed with their customer service, disorganized and incomplete communications. Rather than than take the time to resolve inquires for an order placed weeks ago their solution is to hide behind a customer service line that doesn’t take or return calls, and emails are sent without any answers. They suggest refunds as resolutions without actually processing them. Their availability of items on their site is an accurate as well as they’re back ordered status.
