I was in town over the weekend for Shakespeare Festival and, as a proud ISU alum was looking for some Redbird clothing. I'm not a fan of the "one size fits all" scratchy t shirts, I'm more a "higher end" i.e. softer and more upscale kind of a girl. What a thrill to find Apricot Lane! Apricot Lane is a staple in BLONO! Reasonable prices, trendy clothes and extremely friendly staff! I can’t remember her name right now, but the manager always makes us feel welcome and has a kind soul every time we visit. I have a baby and we don’t always feel welcome in some establishments, but she went out of her way to say hello to him which made us feel welcome.
