Karsen (sp?) was an absolute rock star. I took my wife there and she had us laughing the entire time. She knew her stuff and we had a great experience and spent some money. Give her a raise:)).
The sales associate was so friendly and helpful! We were wasting time in Biltmore Village and were drawn in by a romper on their sales rack. When she saw the romper she pulled another jumpsuit (also on sale) that she thought I would like. I'm a tall so I am always weary of jumpsuits/rompers, but the one she pulled fit perfectly and looked so good on me. She also gave us some recommendations around town and a mimosa for my birthday. It was such a wonderful experience.
Ok, I went in here with a friend and definitely didn't think I'd be the one walking out with bags of amazing finds, but so it went. Carson was the sales clerk on duty, and I have NEVER felt as seen, uplifted, and cared for in a shopping experience. She mad me feel welcome and I had an absolute blast with her. I wish I could teleport her to my closet whenever I want to style an outfit, because she has the gift. Thank you SO MUCH for the incredible and warm environment you create. It means the world.
I stumbled in this cute and cozy boutique and had the most amazing shopping experience. Both sales associates were fun, upbeat, and joyfully helping me pick several outfits. I got the most personal attention I've EVER received and felt like a million bucks when I left. I've gotten many compliments on my outfits already.
