if you have Medicare or Medicaid.. don't waste your time with these jokers. nobody knows what is going on, nor do they care. they send you whatever they want, doesn't matter if it's your size or not. waste of Medicare's money!

They put my husband’s CPAP machine through the wrong insurance. We have been trying to correct this issue for A YEAR and it still hasn’t been corrected. We have NEVER dealt with a company more incompetent.

Over billing and deceptive practices, Apria just sends bill after bill that is incorrect and don’t respond to the customer. I was afraid this would be the case due to bad reviews I saw and pointed out, but that’s where my physician sent me, so we’re stuck with each other.

In all honesty, I'm surprised this place is still in business.— For the love of God, I cannot believe that you would take $72 without my authorization. I'm disabled. I have absolutely nothing. AND, I communicated (multiple time's) that I would be paying as soon as I could. You literally disgust me!

We worked with Robert (Bob )Weaver this evening to set my mom up with a machine that she was scared of after a traumatic experience at the hospital. This man was over the top with the empathy, care, education he provided her! He went beyond great customer service! I never thought she would be comfortable wearing it! Thank you Bob!!

I have been trying to get my supplies since August 24th..have spoken to NUMEROUS people, have already PAID for the supplies I've NOT gotten!!! this is IMPORTANT equipment that I NEED NOW!!!! I literally could DIE without them and believe me there would be a law suit coming quick!!! I'd like to know...WHERE THE HECK IS MY EQUIPMENT!!!!!! I've never had such a shoddy experience before!

I tried to become a new patient since my insurance changed. I spoke with Pam at the Machesney Park, IL office and I was told to have current cpap supplier fax my information to 949-356-4338 which I had done. I tried calling the Machesney office on Monday 9-28 and I was sent to the Hanover office she told me to just keep trying the Machesney office. Just received a bill today 9/29/20 from June 2019 for $192 Have two major health insurances BC/BS and Highmark. This was for a few supplies. This company is ridiculous and has been taken to court for fraud against Medicare and Medicaid in in the past. I’m going to request a detailed bill from them. Do not do business with them. I get my supplies elsewhere with no issues!
