Terrible customer service! Britney, with the trach resupply team, was rude and answered the phone with no formal introduction. We were disconnected three times with no callbacks. They’ve screwed up our first order, and we still have yet to get the complete order from when doctors' orders were sent to them on December 22, 2020.

I am never going through this company ever again. I returned the oxygen tank for my daughter almost 2 years ago and they still charged me $90 and tried to charge me another $50 for the equipment that I already returned. I should get a refund for their screw up. Lisa said it was in the system but rented out after that in 2019.🤔 Thanks for stealing my hard working money. That money could have gone toward my bills and food.

Non existant customer service. I have been dealing with billing issues since I received my cap machine. The manager for hnl called and apologized and said she would make sure it was fixed and send me a statement with a breakdown of what was paid by me and insurance. That was 2 months ago. I have left 3 messages with her with no response. I even printed out all my paperwork to have an appt with her, no response. Customer service is atrocious and they can never get the insurance billing correct. Don’t use them and get your supplies else where.

I had no choice in choosing this company , my doctors sent me here. They have the worst supply/ shipping department. They have screwed up my supplies 4 times, today being the 4 time and the last 2 being back to back. I am tired of calling them as I get the same routine questions since I am on Medicare, this just to tell them they have sent me the wrong supplies.
