Extremely unprofessional service. Apps Cargo repeatedly failed to use the correct type of truck for our shipments, even after prior issues were reported. Our recent delivery arrived on the wrong vehicle, making unloading impossible, and the packaging was visibly damaged, likely due to improper loading. It’s disappointing that a logistics company operating at this level shows such little care or understanding of basic shipping requirements. Would not recommend to anyone expecting reliable or competent handling.
First, it takes the drivers forever to back up, then they come in your warehouse and stand and do nothing, they have zero pallet jacks in their vehicles., lazy drivers ever.
Laziest drivers I have ever seen. Young strong guys just standing not willing to lift a finger. Never seen this before. I've had drivers twice their age lifting more than they should from other companies.
