I was referred to Approved Mortgage by a friend who had previously used them for a home purchase and had a great experience, and I had a great experience as well. The team was incredibly responsive, great communicators, and were a joy to work with in getting my mortgage funded and getting my home bought. Would absolutely recommend them to others looking to buy a home in the Indianapolis area.
Throughout the long process of buying a home was made much simpler with the help of Approved Mortgage. Joel Asbury was always there to pick up the phone when we had a question or needed clarification on an issue. As a first time home buyer, a lot of the language in the documentation was very foreign to me. But Joel did a great job making everything very understandable!
