Horrid service. They refuse to work with ANYONE during this pandemic. Then to top it off, I had Covid, needed a moment to be able to pay, then made 2 payments to be on track, now made another one....on time mind you, and they tell me I have a random $30 late fee. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. USE ANOTHER LOAN COMPANY, MAYBE COVINGTON OR REGIONAL....BUT NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS NOT OK TO SCREW PEOPLE OVER, ESPECIALLY DURING THESE TRYING TIMES.
