I’ve never been treated so poorly as at this establishment. They act like it’s a bother to wait on you, as if you’re too inferior to get a loan and like you must be a low-life to be seeking a loan. I agree with the others, very unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude. Don’t go there.

Super rude and unprofessional!
If I could rate lower than than one star, I would. I have (unfortunately) used this company for several years. I had wished I had another option, but this was it. Alecia is pretty friendly, but Tandy is unbelievably rude on a consistent basis. She is abrupt and absolutely no pleasantries. She acts like I'm an inconvenience and looks down me. If she doesn't like people that much, I'm confused why she would work the window. I have resorted to sliding my payments under the door before they open because I do everything to avoid ... read more
