I’ve never been treated so poorly as at this establishment. They act like it’s a bother to wait on you, as if you’re too inferior to get a loan and like you must be a low-life to be seeking a loan. I agree with the others, very unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude. Don’t go there.

Super rude and unprofessional!
If I could rate lower than than one star, I would. I have (unfortunately) used this company for several years. I had wished I had another option, but this was it. Alecia is pretty friendly, but Tandy is unbelievably rude on a consistent basis. She is abrupt and absolutely no pleasantries. She acts like I'm an inconvenience and looks down me.
