Exceptional service and smooth process with Roy Stowers. I am truly impressed by the outstanding service and seamless experience he provided throughout the process of obtaining my car loan. He was prompt in his responses, always willing to address any questions or concerns I had. This level of personalised service is greatly appreciated.
Only issue I had was that I was told I only had to pay a 20% deposit upfront wasn't told anything about a extra fee to the lender for a establishment fee ontop which can't be included in the finance agreement. They took the extra 700 on settlement day which was apart of my 20% deposit for a almost 30k car I was buying so that caused me alot in unnecessary stress to deal with that once I found out and I needed the car on a certain day this resulted in me having to get a hire car for a few days while I try get a small loan to ... read more
