I had a great experience buying my car with Approval Genie, and I especially want to thank Philippe for all his help throughout the process. He was very professional, patient, and supportive, especially when it came to helping me get approved for my car loan. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Was good till I was sold the car with about 10km more than was told, then was missing the windshield washer reservoir cap and had to replace myself out of pocket, was contacted a week later because all of a sudden needed a Pic with me and the vehicle (claimed it was for fraud purposes) Uttam at least signed a paper saying would not be used except go in my file, however he had a day to type it up but only hand written it when I should up and finely I was hounded for a review. Will not go back to them.
