They got me a good deal and made a good offer to buy back to trade up after a year. Well now its been a year and they want to treat me like a fool to be taken advantage of. Best deal they can offer is an immediate financial loss of 19 grand not including interest. They also refuse to refinance without some extra scam added to gain a few more thousand dollars out of me. We're very happy with our experience here! The staffs are very accommodating and easy to talk to. What I really appreciate is that everything was transparent — no hidden charges at all.
