Do not buy a car from Approval Capital !! I repeat do not go here and buy a vehicle !!! I would have given them a zero star rating but it won’t let you !! My daughter got a vehicle few months and there was an issue with the tire rim so she was promised a cheque months ago and never received !! The vehicle has many issues wrong with it but she got sold it and they knew this !! Do not go here !!!!!!!! Worst experience ever !!!’ The vehicle they sold has many issues !!!
I upgraded my vehicle and was promised a reimbursement for a rim that I wasn’t informed about when I bought the car, as well as for payments and interest from my old car because the account wasn’t closed in time. I’ve reached out multiple times since last summer, and was told a cheque would be mailed, but I still haven’t received it or any updates. The whole experience has been frustrating and inconvenient, and based on this, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I have never felt this disrespected by a company before. Anosh was very friendly back in 2021 when I originally got my first vehicle and traded to a BMW in 2023, which I had to call and text him many times just to get a hold of him. And now again, I have been texting him since end of April 2025 and for the last 2 months he has been completely unresponsive. He does not answer my calls or my texts. They made me pay for a warranty and I called them 20 times and they never answered. Scan artists I feel like they are..
Had an incredible experience purchasing my car from here! I was out of the city and they coordinated everything for me to come sign for the financing and drive away that evening. Really had a smooth process and so thankful for the team there. Thanks again guys!
