I recently had a disappointing experience with Apprisen due to a misunderstanding regarding the initial and monthly payment amounts. When I attempted to clarify the issue with an intake representative, her response was unprofessional—she raised her voice, spoke down to me, and was condescending about my financial situation. Used their service, helped me tremendously. Really broke things down, and didn't try to pressure or upsell me into anything.

Very happy with the debt program. I am seeing my balances decrease and my credit score improving. Customer service is very nice, patient and not pushy. They really have taken stress from me about my debt. Highly recommend them.
