I had an appraisal done for my property by this company about 3 weeks ago. I believed the appraisal came in fairly low so my realtor and I sent them 5 different comparable properties that had been sold in the last year all within 1 mile. Keep in mind all these comparable's were a little old and outdated and even a little smaller.
