This man is a miracle worker!! I have been to the doctor on four different occasions in the past two months and have received four different steroid shots. With NO Relief, And was told I had a herniated disk in my lower back that was pinching my sciatica nerve. Matt Dilda is the best massage therapist I've ever had. He works out my knots and tension every time! He is professional, outgoing and extremely effective. My body aches are relieved instantly and I feel amazing every time I leave his treatment. I highly recommend Matt for all your massage needs. Hands of a God I tell ya!
I have to be honest, it was not what I was expecting. And while it was not what I hoped for either, I own that I should have researched what I was purchasing on Groupon before booking it. I did not leave more relaxed, and did feel kind of uncomfortable through the whole experience. However, I learned that this is a therapeutic rather than relaxation massage, so I don't want to dissuade others who likely benefit from this.
