These people are criminals, do not open an acct, my wife tried to pay off her visa and they tried to add interest for upcoming month. We threatened to get Florida attorney General involved and they backed down. Be forewarned.
customer service IS HORRIBLE
I wish I could do 0 star. Who voted it to be the no 1 bank in Delaware? It must be the only bank in Delaware than. Called customer service 3 times in 2 weeks they just escalate the matter and nothing happens. Super frustrating. Asked them for company email address so I can put in a complaint and she asked me to write a LETTER and mail or fax it. They working in 1990s style. I opened 2 accounts about 3 years ago. Found the small size of the bank was a problem, phones are not answered, the recorded message says leave a message and we will call you back, often 4-5 hours later on a business day. Debit card did not work, called the receptionist who said they were having trouble at the bank and I should try the card tomorrow; after many tries with the debit card, eventually found out that my debit card had been locked.
