Been trying to find out a way to contact these people for weeks. Can only find a mailing address. How can you pay off old debts if the companies make it nearly impossible to do so?
Stay far away
These people are criminals, do not open an acct, my wife tried to pay off her visa and they tried to add interest for upcoming month. We threatened to get Florida attorney General involved and they backed down. Be forewarned.
