Applied bank makes sure they collect late charges by not allowing any payments toward payment due from the payment due date to the 2nd of the next month. For me that is a week that they have their own period of grace that allows them to collect late fees. After 20 years of being a card holder, this is the time to close it out. I will warn anyone to stay away from applied bank.
