I stopped by while I was in the area just to see, since I wasn’t thrilled about the prices I was seeing elsewhere for a washer. James was friendly, knowledgeable, and got me in and out with a new washing machine in 20 minutes! No upselling, just answering my questions and making sure I got exactly what I needed. Installation and haul away was quick and affordable. I will be back the next time I need any appliances!
Update. Has anyone had issues with repairs? I bought a brand new washer 12/26/24 and after 2 months the washer quit working. I’ve called three days in a row with the promise of someone coming and yet nothing and no one showed. I have a year warranty and It seems like they don’t want to hold that standard?
Okay. So we bought a washer. Brand new. Got the year warranty on it and was happy. Two months later it doesn’t work. Showing an error code. We called the store they told us for 4 days someone was coming to fix it. No call no show for 4 days. We finally call again and speak to the rudest person I’ve ever spoke too named Arnold.
