Literally the worst business I have ever worked with. We bought a washer, dryer and a refrigerator. Both the washer and the refrigerator are broken 4 months later. I have called and texted the owner. He FINALLY responded after a week, told me he would come out to repair them the next day. I took the day off work and not only did they not show or call or text, but they REFUSE TO ANSWER ANY TEXTS OR CALLS. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
Appliance Heros have unethical and rip-off repair reps., specifically, through Choice Home Warranty (another complete rip-off)! The repairman for the washer charged what Choice Home Warranty did not even approve. He came 3 times! Once to purportedly replace a part, washer never worked. Then returned because of it to attempt to charge me again! I refused! He told me to ring and take my clothes out and start the washer again! Unbelievable Choice Home Warranty did not, and would not, send a competent repairman to fix the washer... read more
