You are really missing out if you don’t shop here for your appliances. John is so knowledgeable from a to z on all appliances. Explains everything and knows everything down to the last detail on all the appliances. Great prices, service, they are the best.
I researched the laundry tower I wanted, and settled on Appliance Gallery, being a local business and “family “ owned. I went to the store and purchased the item. Very nice. Delivery was a pleasant experience with installation and Nick as the representative. There was a minor issue with the swing of the door. I did request it to be changed, and they cooperated at delivery.However I called the store to request the reversal and Kevin Jr treated me with disrespect and demeaning me when I requested a return to switch the doors. ... read more
As a first time homeowner, I naturally went to the big box stores. When I was looking for a specific fridge, I saw this store had it in stock. Let me tell you, I will never shop for appliances at a big box store anymore. The customer service was amazing, they are so knowledgeable about their products. My fridge arrived and had cosmetic damage from shipping, which happens. They rectified it right away and got it fixed promptly. Everything about this experience was awesome. We had some idea of what we wanted with a new washer/dryer but no real knowledge other than what I read online. Jim was super knowledgeable and easy to chat with. He asked questions to really get the right fit for us. He didn't pressure us at all - just explained the difference between the machines and let us make a decision. Delivery was in 1 week, great time!
