Everyone has been wonderful! Our questions were answered. All employees were not only professional, but friendly. Please give them all a raise! We will definitely be coming back to this store in the future and recommending them to friends.
I was shopping for a new oven for my elderly parents. Parker went above and beyond to help us with options to take back to them so they wouldn’t have to drive out to the store. He even printed off the options. Took it to my folks and they were able to make a decision that day. Purchased on Sunday and had it in their home on Friday. Andy from the delivery team was prompt and professional. Took 27 min from start to finish. Called the day before in the early evening to advise of timing window. No surprises. And so pleasant.

The worst service I have ever received! I waited two months for my dryer. I tried to cancel the order, but it turns out they charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the price. They had mentioned a $100 discount and gave me a form I needed to fill out to receive a "card." A month later, I found the exact same washing machine at Best Buy for half the price. When I went to pick up my dryer, they dented my truck and then claimed they wouldn't take responsibility because I had signed a paper. Please, do not buy anything here.
Dave was awesome and the whole team had great vibes. A very Social group!!!
