We bought a fridge that was a floor model from Joel. It arrived with a damaged power cord, exposed wires so we could not plug it in; I get it, it was a floor model and we should have looked at the cord at the store. The delivery guy told us we had to contact the sales person to fix it. We tried for 2 weeks to get into contact with Joel or anyone that could help, always being told that someone will call us.
