I bought a freezer online from Appliance Factory - paid for it in full in advance. I was then informed that they didn't even have the appliance in stock and that it was on backorder. I waited 2 full months, and they never once contacted me to let me know what was going on. When I asked, their rep gave me a short brusque answer that it still wasn't in stock.
