An awesome experience from the purchase to delivery of the product. The salesperson was so helpful and never once pressured us! She let us take our time looking! The delivery guys were amazing, they were very careful with the product and made sure we were happy with everything! They explained that delivery and if any repairs were needed it is all in house. We highly recommend Appliance Center!!!

I've had such a horrible experience with Appliance center. One piece of furniture came damaged and the other was not what I had ordered. The delivery guys dropped everything and left. Even after I said I wasn't signing anything until I spoke to a manager. The manager never called. After I called the store numerous times with no answer, I went to the Sylvania location. I’ve been a long time customer to Appliance Center. Unfortunately I will never purchase another appliance due to a nightmare experience with the service dept and their warranty company (New Leaf). I’ve had the same microwave fail twice. The first time I did not purchase a warranty since I’ve never had a microwave fail. When I purchased the second time I was told the warranty would cover the failure I experience, no questions asked. That was not the case - they denied the claim and we were left with no options.
