I enjoy living here! Applewood Pointe of Shoreview is a beautiful home for active, engaged members aged 62+. One level living, great people, and many activities. A carefee lifestyle where home and yard maintenance are taken cate of for me. The best amenity of all is a warm, friendly atmosphere! This is a caring, cooperative cumminity. Come for a tour and see what it is all about.
We have lived here for over 9 years; it is a great place to retire! Friendly, caring, engaged member residents. Safe, clean, well-maintained building with lots of amenities. Great easy living in a super location. Walking distance to Walgreens, Kowalski's, Caribou, Brueggers, Library, Community Center, and more! Many volunteer opportunities.
