I have been a resident of Applewood Pointe for over 5 years. There is so much positive about living here, it's hard to know where to begin. The location, with Minnehaha Creek to the north and the bike/walking trails to the south is beautiful. The walk to Lunds/Byerlys' is 15 minutes via the trail. After living my entire life in Southern California, my husband and I made the difficult decision to pack up and move to Minnesota. We watched on a webcam as our new home, Applewood Pointe of Minnetonka, began to take shape. In late February of 2017, we drove from sunshine to snow. Moved here about three years ago, somewhat reluctantly. Now i am the biggest booster of this place. Social life, new friends, all unbelievable, even with this virus limiting us. And we are so close to Minnehaha creek and bike trails that exercise is easy and pleasant. Moving here was second best thing I've ever done, next to marrying my wife.
I moved in here 18 months ago and love it. Great facility with friendly people. Plus, there's wonderful walking and biking opportunities next door.
