Rehab only. DO NOT BRING ANYONE FOR LONG TERM CARE OR MEMROY CARE. This facility falsely identified as memory care with long-term wing and rehab wing which is a complete lie. Brought my family member there with severe dementia, explained the care they needed, the staff said they were equipped to handle and within 4 weeks it was very clear they were not. Facility is clean, staff are very friendly, I was here visiting a friend who is doing rehabilitation here. They have a plan for him. So the future looks good.
In 2023, after a nasty fall causing substantial nerve damage and drop foot to my right leg, I was sent to Applewood after being discharged from the hospital. I spent 6 weeks there. When I arrived, I had to be moved from the wheelchair to my bed by a Hoyer lift. Six weeks later, due to phenomenal nursing care, PT and OT (Thanks, Curtis!!!) I was able to walk out of Applewood on my own. I highly recommend the professional team at Applewood for your rehab needs! Thanks, guys!
