Booked for a fitting. Mix up with times by 1 hour although I was in regardless so this didn’t make a difference. Took me 30 minutes to be able to contact someone because no one had attended. Told that they did attend, knocked and called twice. I had no calls, no missed calls and no messages left and I was in the garden at the back on the property. We used Applewhite Blinds on two separate occasions. Very reasonable priced & including fitting which saves you such a hassle. Nick the fitter was polite, quick & professional. Helen was quick with her email replies & knowledge. Would recommend and use again.

Very disappointed ordered blinds 14 weeks ago & despite me phoning a couple of times the last time was 26 August I've heard nothing. Not a courtesy call to explain or apologise for the delay. I've had blinds from Applewhite Blinds before & been happy with them & recommended them to other family members that have bought blinds from them. But they've let themselves down this time, take note Applewhites a phone call is all it takes to update customers on the progress of their order
