When i moved in 3 years ago we had a fantastic manager. Everything was clean and organized, he was caring and put tenants first. 8 months ago or so he left for several reasons One of which was that the prperty mgr co would not give him the maintenance help or the clerical help he needed. It took several months to find someone. the young woman hired is intetested only in doing the paperwork and enforcing the Hud rules whether the tenants complain or not.
