Not a fan. I found the person nearest the door was somewhat snarky. I kind of got help, but got very precise, specific answers to questions, and that's it. No detail. No explanation. Had I not been a transfer from the old Apple Tree Credit Union, I would not want to do business there.
I love this place. Great rates, really nice people. Not much more to ask for!
