The nice asian girl (american?) who served me this morning and gave me apple recommendations, you are so bubbly and helpful. Definitely coming back!
I have experienced issues buying chocolates from Apples and Sage. On one occasion chocolates were missing from the box, on another occasion the chocolates were not stored properly and had melted and turned white. The staff refused to exchange the chocolates. Very poor customer service, I won't be returning.
Rude owners. Incompetent staff. Heavily overpriced!
This week I asked about an item that had been previously stocked. I got a lengthy explanation from management about why it was possibly not stocked; item didn’t sell, not available, not popular. From the outset when I said I had a query I was a problem to be solved.
