Very disappointing customer service I’ve been to Apples and Sage Balwyn before with my dog, and on a previous occasion, a staff member passed a couple of items to me at the front door because I had my dog with me - though I could tell she was not completely happy to be of help. Today I returned with my dog in my arms and asked from the doorway if someone could please pass me a couple of bags of frozen organic blueberries and strawberries (which is the whole reason I went there in the first place). A lovely organic store on Whitehorse Road in Balwyn. They have a great selection of quality food and products, and the staff are always friendly and super helpful. A really nice local store to shop at.
