I have had three appointments so far at Applepuncture. The moment that I entered the inviting office space and was warmly greeted by Kristin I knew it was going to be a positive experience and it certainly did not disappoint. I highly recommend Applepuncture. I've been getting acupuncture treatment from Kristin for several years now and it has been a great experience. At 68, I have arthritis in my hands and neck and acupuncture definitely helps me continue to do pottery and yoga and to help care for my granddaughter. I have also found the sessions to help me relax and i leave feeling rejuvenating
Applepuncture is all about care, kindness, and listening to what you need. Kristen takes her time in such a thoughtful manner, and for someone like me who is new to the practice, moves at a pace that makes you feel comfortable. I always leave feeling balanced and energized.
I have been attending acupuncture and cupping for three sessions with Kristin and I could not be happier. The office is calm and welcoming. Kristin is professional, knowledgeable, personable and her treatments are effective. I started treatments for intractable migraines refractory to medication. I leave each session with Kristin feeling relief. She is attentive during session and I feel a real collaborative effort from her to help me achieve an overall sense of wellness. Highly recommend.
Highly recommended. Lu and Kristin are awesome, and after only two visits I am already feeling many positive results. It's a very safe, comfortable, clean environment with practitioners who have genuine expertise. So grateful I found this place!
