I have been a customer for over 20 years, first at Wheatridge, then at Thornton. Recently I tried to order from the website. It was not easy to use, so I called the store. Chris in customer service attempted to help me with the order but said he had no IT person there and wasn't sure he could help. Then he said he was busy and couldn't stay on the phone, then he hung up on me, I called back and asked him if he hung up on me and he said yes. Made a large order on Mon. Next available delivery time was Fri 10-12. I waited until 3pm on Fri - no order. Finally called and was told they were behind, it wouldn't be delivered on Fri and that someone would call when they could deliver it. Cancelled the order and will never shop there again. It's worth the extra 15 minute drive to go to a well run liquor store (that actually orders their wine by type.) I really wish there were 0 stars.

My favorite place to buy liquor Like many others this is has been my favorite place to buy liquor since I became of age :-) They used to only take checks but are taking credit cards now.
Great selection Great place to stop for everything you need at once. Good higher stuff too.
THE place to buy wine Amazing selection of wine at amazing prices. The BEST place to buy wine period in the Denver area. BUT take your check book as they do not accept credit cards.
