I have been a customer for over 20 years, first at Wheatridge, then at Thornton. Recently I tried to order from the website. It was not easy to use, so I called the store. Chris in customer service attempted to help me with the order but said he had no IT person there and wasn't sure he could help. Then he said he was busy and couldn't stay on the phone, then he hung up on me, I called back and asked him if he hung up on me and he said yes. He was rude and apparantly didn't was to take my order, then hung up on me again. wh... read more

Made a large order on Mon. Next available delivery time was Fri 10-12. I waited until 3pm on Fri - no order. Finally called and was told they were behind, it wouldn't be delivered on Fri and that someone would call when they could deliver it. Cancelled the order and will never shop there again. It's worth the extra 15 minute drive to go to a well run liquor store (that actually orders their wine by type.) I really wish there were 0 stars.
