I’ve had some difficulties getting correct information in a timely fashion from some of the staff. I asked to meet with the managing partner repeatedly via email and phone calls to get assistance with finding a resolution. My request was not granted.I also requested a copy of their malpractice insurance certificate as I believe costly mistakes were made. They are refusing to provide that information leading me to conclude that they don’t have malpractice insurance. Be sure and ask for that before you engage.
Needed advice and understanding after my mother's stroke, everyone i talked to in this process was very professional and it was a breathe of fresh air compared to other firms.
