I cannot fault Appleby Court the staff day and night are amazing. They cared for my dad in a professional manner and it was obvious that he was well loved by them all. They are professional, helpful and have gone out their way to support our family during a difficult time. As a family we cannot thank you you enough. Would highly recommend

What a horrible place to end up in. My mother’s (with other residents’ stuff too )jewelry was stolen by someone who got in at night and carried the safe off on a supermarket trolley! Inside job, who knows. I was offered “cheap” goods by a senior member of staff. The staff used to humiliate any resident who queried why they were wearing someone else’s clothes. Staff used to complain about immigration in the lounge which frightened my mother. My mother was the only brown face in the lounge. I did not complain due to the fear o... read more
