Terrible products. Cheap quality and not as described. Umbrella arms broke within a week, faded after 1 month. Couldn’t trust them even in the lightest breeze. Stay away!
We ordered 6 Blow Up mattresses for Christmas & were unable to use them due to storms, applied to return and this scam site has listed another companies phone number & they asked us for photos to prove we hadn't opened them and the replied we missed the deadline. this company is short sighted. They don't look after customers.
Cherry customer service 0 stars. Had to wait 5 business days for a tracking number. Ordered on 11th, received tracking number on 16th. 5 business days for a tracking number. Picked up by couriers on 16th. She says it was sent to dispatch on 12th. Kevin on the other hand 5 stars and deserves a raise.
