The food is not fully cooked especially the chicken this place I would not send a family member to ever the chicken is pink which means it's not cooked

I’ve been here a year and five months I’ve seen a big change in the last seven months since the new administrator got here. I also give physical and occupational therapy top five stars they do excellent .everybody else,Also tries their best… The food could do a little bit of changing, but it’s not the Ritz Carlton. they do the best they can and they just need a little staff adjustments! I haven’t been targeted like this ever, they block me from sites that allow me to communicate with the real world. that’s against my rights ... read more

I’ve been here a year and five months I’ve seen over seven people pass away I’ve seen over 40+ people fall off and hit the ground it just happened again today to a lady in her 90s because nobody was paying attention to the dining room she’s now on the floor and they’re calling 911 because that solves everything! In the last three months since the new administrator Josh showed up everything has gotten much better than it was prior to him being here… I am comfortable and taken care of there are a few things that could change but you can’t change the food to Ritz Carlton status because it’s a nursing home so it is what it is.. I give this place three stars versus what it was. It’s totally flipped around for the better.therapy is great too.
