Chad, Casey and Noah worked with compassion and professionalism to help my rotator cuff healing process. Very positive and had empathy especially when my pain was great. Thank you all so very much. The 2 ladies at the desk are so welcoming , accommodating & joyful!
The staff at Apple Therapy in Nashua did an excellent job helping me recover from my ankle injury. The whole staff at the Nashua location is great. I would not have been able to recover so quickly from my injury without their help. Definitely recommend going to see them if you need physical therapy services.
This was truly a great experience!! The time, care and nurturing of the staff at Apple Therapy is absolutely top notch! Working with Casey over the last several weeks has been an absolute pleasure! Had one session with Shane. The level of upsell and the way they went about it was totally unacceptable. I'm glad I didn't give them a second chance and moved on to another Physical therapy organization.
I received treatment at both the Amherst and Nashua Apple Therapy locations. The Amherst team provided excellent, hands-on care with clear exercise instructions and direct involvement from a licensed physical therapist — truly professional and effective. However, my experience at the Nashua clinic was disappointing. One visit was conducted entirely by an intern while the supervising PT only observed, and another was performed by a PTA with no prior notice or direct PT supervision.
