Terrible Client Service – Travelled for Nothing I had a horrible experience at this spa. I called last week for a massage appointment well and they said i can walk on Monday, but when I arrived today, I was told they couldn’t take me because they were "overbooked." This was after I had traveled quite a distance to get there. Not only was the situation frustrating, but the staff didn't seem at all apologetic or willing to offer any solutions.
