If I could rate this zero I would. My first time with apple ride was horrible because of the driver who's unprofessional. First, she did not confirm the correct address and took me to a different location and it was close to my appt already. After I given her the correct location, she was driving while texting and kept slowing down the car in the middle of traffic.
