This is about my sister she went there for rehab after having several strokes she was on specific meds for this and they were not giving them to her the moran aprn there had a better idea witch caused her to have another very bad stroke please please i beg all of you dont go there your life depends on it cheap shit hole for the insc companies you have a 90% better chance of surviving living in the streets of Philadelphia its a run down 60s cheap shit hole RUN AND KEEP RUNNING

Unfortunately my 22 year old niece needed rehab from a broken arm and leg. 2 days at Shelton Lakes and it was horrible to the point where she had to be rushed out of there via ambulance back to the hospital. My niece was assigned a male cna and when she needed to be changed she was uncomfortable with a male cna. The staff refused to change her cna and told her that she had to wait for the next shift to be changed. Terrible, please don’t send family here. Care staff seem to mean well, and check in frequently during the day. When present, the personal care staff is attentive and kind. But there’s a persistent issue with lack of staff during weekends and nighttime. Which does impact patient care. Expect your family member to wait 4 hours+ for aid during the day, and not to get it at night. They failed to notice a major injury in my mom, which required a hospital visit.
