This is about my sister she went there for rehab after having several strokes she was on specific meds for this and they were not giving them to her the moran aprn there had a better idea witch caused her to have another very bad stroke please please i beg all of you dont go there your life depends on it cheap shit hole for the insc companies you have a 90% better chance of surviving living in the streets of Philadelphia its a run down 60s cheap shit hole RUN AND KEEP RUNNING

Unfortunately my 22 year old niece needed rehab from a broken arm and leg. 2 days at Shelton Lakes and it was horrible to the point where she had to be rushed out of there via ambulance back to the hospital. My niece was assigned a male cna and when she needed to be changed she was uncomfortable with a male cna. The staff refused to change her cna and told her that she had to wait for the next shift to be changed.
