Always short staffed and poor resident care. There are only a hand full of qualified nursing assistants.
They beat up my grandma who had severe dementia and never bathed her. It stinks here like rat poop and everyone is so negative no positivity at all, once someone passes away they don’t even care they just discard them fr awful place
If I could give negative I would. They don't shower people. They never have enough staff.The food is absolutely horrid (how do you screw a grill cheese up). There rules are ridiculous. There are a few wonderful nurses and aids but other than that this place is a dirty joke literally dirty
