Would not recommend anyone to here. We stopped here because Bat Notary wasn’t open, and regret it honestly. Latoya was outlandishly rude for no reason. From the moment we walked up to her desk she seemed irritated by us. We told her what we needed done and she quite literally sat there and stared at us with a disgusted look on her face and didn’t say a word. What I came there for was handled quickly due to there being no more than two other customers but the customer service and communication from the rep wasn’t the best, and I was able to witness them being rude to others there as well.
I will refrain from commenting until I contact the owner.
I paid cash for a car in Mississippi I went to almost every OMV in Baton Rouge and they give me a hard time with a different problem each location apple notary got me in and out in 5 minutes and we’re real respectful I’d highly recommend them
