Don’t post your open till 2 on Saturday if you’re going to stop taking appointments at 1:40. I drove over 30 minutes for nothing since you don’t actually follows your hours posted! It would have taken a of 5 minutes if that for what I needed. Never again will I use this business.
This place is basically the dmv. Maybe worse.
Very upset & unhappy! Don’t waste your time going here, you pay “extra” for “convenience” and there is nothing convenient, fast, or professional about this place! The wait was very long with a lot of people waiting, not enough workers, what workers they did have were seen talking while customers sat there waiting, workers there are very slow, Latoya the lady we ended up with didn’t know what she was doing, was very unprofessional, not friendly, and extremely RUDE!
