Extremely expensive and terrible customer service
These packers were not careful with my items. Things were just thrown into boxes with no care for what they were. Numerous boxes, fine china boxes, boardgames boxes, were packed in ways that crushed them or had holes poked into them. My wife has(d) a straw hat that was placed on top of a box and then crushed. A kitchenaid stand mixer was broken and will have to be replaced. We are military and have moved four times, this was by and far the worst experience I have ever had with packers.
