They’re not helpful, they treat you like a bother, they ask for more documentation (even if it has already been provided) DAYS before a filing deadline, and make you feel stupid for not knowing much about taxes. Isn’t that what I hired you for? Especially as a business owner, they are not qualified to handle our taxes and did not care to learn about our specific situation. Communication is terrible, also. Zero stars.
